For Regular (In-stock) Orders:

  • In some cases, depending on the delivery pin code and payment mode, it may take up to 3–4 working days.

  • If we are unable to dispatch your order within 5 working days, it will be cancelled automatically, and we’ll inform you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

For Pre-Orders:

  • Pre-order items are specially made or sourced and take 30–45 working days for dispatch.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.

  • Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 working days based on your location.

    • Metro cities typically receive deliveries faster.

    • Remote and rural areas may take slightly longer.
